About
LA Fitness is a fitness and health company that located across the United States. They provide a range of fitness services, including exercise equipment, group fitness classes, personal training, and more.
Currently, consumers feel that LA Fitness seems overly concerned with sales and contracts over building a relationship with their community and caring for them.
To engage with the community and build a relationship I created a team within LA Fitness named LA United This team will consist of LA Fitness employees who will then go out and actively sponsor and participate in local community events to show their support.
LA Fitness will spark a change in the community’s perception of the brand through LA United. They will be seen beyond just a gym and as a collaborative, supportive, and engaging team that has the consumer’s interests in mind.
I have created several media to promote the campaign including, merchandise, a brand redesign and advertisements.
